Hey hey!! Haha... Obviously I am slacking right now.. Haha.. Oh well.. I cannot mug the whole day what.. Need to have breaks in between.. Haha.. After blogging going to do revision for tmr's test!! Haha.. AIMING for 100%!! =D
Ok.. Anyway.. I am going to blog about yesterday.. Haha.. Had practise as usual... But my voice was not that good.. I find out that I am really really very nervous during rehearsal such that my voice box constricts and lower my voice range.. Zzz... Or it will be that when I practise at home I am flat.. But I guess it is the nerves... Haiz...
Left straight after rehearsal.. Became a good boy.. XD.. Was suppose to go library and study after I go popular.. But apparently I was attracted by a performance at HDB Hub and eventually I stayed and finish watching the whole show... Zzz.. Spent 1hr doing non-study related things...
Anyway.. It was some SYF 2009 showcase... It was really entertaining... The performers ain't those amazing ones.. But the standard was there... You can see through the performance that they did put in alot of effort.. After watchin their performance, I was really proud to say that I am a performer.. Haha... Missed a rock band and choir performance though.. =<..
It really made me think about the CCA: performing arts..
We probably join a CCA because we either like that particular skill or just want to fill in the compulsory hours for CCA... So I guess when people join dance, band, choir, drama they really like to dance, play instruments, sing and act.. But I guess the 'newcomers' for such CCA really do not know how demanding such CCAs are nor will the sports people.. No offence to any of them when I say that..
But when you join a performing art CCA it is really the mental hours that you spend every single session... You either try to perfect a phrase by singing or playing it for a billion times or you will have to try to perfect a line by trying different ways to say it or it is just to perfect a dance move just to make it look graceful.. Once you really reach those expectation, everything will be magical...
All CCA have their own difficulties and their challenges... Just put in your heart and soul to it and it will become magic... =D
